Campus Kiddos – No Refund Policy

At Campus Kiddos, we create each order with care and pride, just for your little ones. We want you to feel confident when you shop with us, so here’s how our policy works:

All Sales Are Final

Because our items are made-to-order and/or feature limited-run designs, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges once your order has been placed.

Check Your Order Carefully

Before placing your order, please double-check sizes, styles, and personalization details. Once an order is confirmed, we’re unable to make changes or cancellations.

If Something Isn’t Right

We know accidents can happen! If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@campuskiddos.com with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We’ll review your claim and, if eligible, send a replacement as quickly as possible.
